2. I can work on mostly any species, be it human, anthro, or feral / animal characters. If you have something uncommon you can always ask questions!

3. I am not very skilled at mechanical type elements or urban settings, but I’m always open to trying new things!

4. Please do NOT come to me with requests for any of the following content:

- Incest, lolicon or underage-looking characters, scat/urine/bodily waste fetishes, diapers, vore, extreme macro/micro (size difference is fine, just not skyscraper level please)

I will NOT draw things in a political context, extreme gore/violence (some is okay), or anything that may be considered hateful, abusive, or discriminatory in nature.

5. I will draw NSFW/Adult content but may politely decline certain subject matter/kinks if I am not comfortable with it! If it is not listed above, you may ask, but please understand and respect my decision if I say no.

7. Unless otherwise asked- I WILL often post finished commissions to my social media accounts. This helps me grow my audience, and therefore my business, so if you would like to keep your commission private this may add a 15% fee to your commission price!

I can tighten the performance commission up to 5 months (depending on the number of orders)

You can not cancel the order after the payment, but you can do it, after 5 months.

2. If I am ready to accept your commission, I will contact you via the provided method on your google order form

3. We will discuss any questions, issues, or other details and agree upon a price. Complex character designs as well as adult content may be subject to an increase in price, so please be aware. I will always discuss any differences between my sheet and the final price before the commission is started.

4. When a price is agreed upon, and I am ready to begin I will write an invoice and send it to the provided contact on your form.

5. Payment is not necessary until I am ready to begin working on your commission, but I will not move past the sketch stage without full payment (or payment of the first installment if following a payment plan)

6. 50/50 split or payment plans are available for commissions that cost upwards of $350, unless otherwise specified in the commission announcement. A payment frequency and amount will be agreed upon for the plan BEFORE I begin working

7. If the commissioner is ever late on a payment, I will NOT continue working until it is paid

8. Turnaround times are 2 weeks minimum and 6 months maximum unless otherwise specified. Generally I work Mon-Fri, and take off Sat/Sun for leisure. Art is my sole income, and I do my best to make each commission the best quality possible.

Outside of my commissions, I am a Contract Designer for the company Creative Workshop, so I may have projects for this team with tight deadlines that will sometimes pause my commission queue. Occasionally this can also entail traveling to conventions or other events which take time away from my usual work schedule.

Please be understanding that I may take some time to complete your work, especially if it is a more complicated piece!

9. I will always notify the commissioner if there is an issue on my end that will cause my work pace to slow, or if I am unable to complete the commission for some reason.

10. I often provide sketches and updates for approval, so please ALWAYS tell me if there is something that needs to be changed early on. If a commissioner asks for substantial changes past the sketch stage, this may incur extra fees.

11. If you NEED your commission done by a certain date, this MUST be specified before the commission is agreed upon. Depending on the case and my current workload, this also may incur a rush fee.

1. If I have not yet started on your commission, and the commissioner or myself has to cancel for some reason, a full refund will be issued.

2. If I have partially completed a commission, and it is terminated, I will issue a partial refund and the commissioner may receive the incomplete work.

3. I will NOT refund any work that has already been completed under any circumstances.

4. You MAY NOT have another artist complete an unfinished commission done by me without my permission, and if I see this happening you WILL be blacklisted.

5. I reserve the right to decline new work, or terminate existing projects for any reason without further explanation. If this is done I will go by the refund process listed above.

1. Personal use of the artwork you have commissioned (such as using it on your social media profile, or making a print of it for yourself) IS allowed.

2. You must provide credit to me whenever this is done, and must NOT remove my signature, or claim it as your own work.

3. DO NOT make recolors, trace over, or republish my work with the intent to claim credit.

4. By default, commercial use of artwork you have commissioned from me is NOT ALLOWED.

5. Commercial use is any case where you, the commissioner, is utilizing the artwork for direct monetary gain (for example: selling products like clothing, stickers, mugs, prints, etc).

6. Any premade bases or line arts by myself are an exception ONLY in the case of making and selling character designs on them.

7. If someone is found using my artwork for commercial purposes or any of the purposes listed below without my permission - they will be asked to remove the content, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CONDONE THE USE OF MY WORK FOR:

- NFTS, Cryptocurrency, or anything relating to blockchain technology

- AI Generation programs, or the teaching of any AI programsI do not wish to do business with people who use generative AI tech, period.
